Our country shares its borders with nine countries, it goes without saying that it occupies a strategic place for the stability of the African continent, did not Franz Fanon say that 'Africa has the shape of a revolver whose trigger is at the Congo?
In its philosophy of Peace and Development for All, CUSN will devote its efforts to cooperation with brotherly countries with which we are condemned to live in peace and security.
Internationally, the CUS undertakes to respect all international treaties, declarations and conventions signed and ratified by the DRC.
DIASPORA
State structures, dismemberments of the public service due to poor governance make it difficult to obtain and obtain reliable figures, and the statistics differ according to the sources. In 2005, estimates by the International Organization for Migration (OIN) were 3 to 6 million Congolese who left the country.
Contrary to what one might think, the majority live in African countries and a minority in Europe, America and Australia.
There was a time when the Congolese went to study abroad to acquire skills to return to put them at the service of the country, that time is over. Today, people are fleeing instability, wars, bad governance, these conditions force the Congolese to go into exile and flee their country.
Despite exile and distance, the Congolese who have left the country have not abandoned it, they continue to support their families by transferring funds and supporting the informal sector. Also whenever the stakes and events require it, thousands take to the streets of their respective host countries to demand more freedom and democracy in the Congo.
At CUSN we believe that the Congolese diaspora is an important reservoir of knowledge and intelligence and that the reconstruction and development of the country depends enormously on it. For this reason CUSN is committed to:

Set up a department in charge of the diaspora.

Set up a fund to help the recovery of any Congolese wishing to return to the country.

Create and facilitate the conditions for the return to the country of any Congolese who desire it by exemption from customs taxes, especially imported personal goods.

Facilitate the conditions of return to the country of any person of Congolese origin living abroad who wishes to come and invest by the abolition of taxes for the first two years of installation.
It is no secret that some of our compatriots languish in prisons around the world. How many are they? How many are sentenced to death and face execution? Nobody knows, and nobody cares!
Certainly, the CUS does not approve of the illegal behavior committed by our compatriots, whether in Congo or abroad, but we believe that it is our duty as a nation to come to their aid.
In this regard, the CUSN government will carry out all-out diplomacy with the countries concerned so that our fellow citizens can come and serve their sentences in the country, close to their families, because at CUSN no one will be left aside, including the presumed less good.
